摘要
用硝酸对非晶氧化钛进行处理,制得了结晶良好的二氧化钛混晶产物,利用Rietveld方法对所得样品的结构进行了精修,结果发现样品中锐钛相含量为49.16%,其晶胞参数为a=b=3.782A、c=9.551A,板钛矿相含量为43.25%,其晶胞参数为a=9.322、b=5.448、c=5.185,金红石相含量为7.59%,其晶胞参数为a=b=4.614、c=2.969A,此外粒度分布测试表明,所制得样品在醇水混合液中具有良好的自分散性。
Three kinds of nanocrystalline TiO2 samples are synthesized from amorphous titania by dealing with nitric acid. The structural parameters and the phase composition of the synthesized samples are investigated applying the Rietveld refinement of X-ray diffraction(XRD) patterns. Results show that the contant of anatase in the sample is 49. 16% ,with cell parameters a=b= 3. 782A, c= 9. 551A calculated from XRD; the content of brookite is 43. 25 % with cell parameters a=9. 322A,b=5. 448A,c=5. 185A,and the contant of rutile is 7.59% with cell parameters a= b= 4. 614A,c= 2. 969A. Furthermore, the laser particle size test show a superior dispersivity of the synthesized sample.
