摘要
碳纳米管因其优异的力学、物理性能,是一种理想的复合材料增强体,但其与基体金属的润湿性较差。通过对镀钴前碳纳米管的微波、氧化、敏化和活化处理,改善了碳纳米管的表面性能并在碳纳米管表面增加了活化点,成功地在碳纳米管表面镀上一层较为连续的金属钴,以改善碳纳米管与金属基体的润湿性,增强与金属基体的界面结合力。并用XRD、TEM对镀钴后的碳纳米管进行了表征。
Carbon nanotubes is a promising reinforcing material for its unique mechanical and physical proper ties,but the wetting property of metal-matrix and carbon nanotube is poor. Carbon nanotubes(CNTs) are coated with cobalt after a series of processes of optimization(microwave,oxidations, sensitization and activation) used to improve surface capability and add activated sites on the surface of CNTs. The wetting property of CNTs would be improved and the interracial strength would be increased between carbon nanotubes and metal-matrix. Through electroless plating, a continuous layer of cobalt is coated on carbon nanotubes. XRD and TEM are used to observe CNTs after coating.
