摘要 以高吸水树脂为芯材、石蜡为壁材,用熔化分散冷凝法制备了蜡壁高吸水树脂微胶囊。在对所制备的微胶囊的表观形貌、粒径及其分布、密度和吸水性能等物化性能进行分析的基础上,通过实验证明,该微胶囊具有能悬浮在水中、囊壁在遇热时可立即熔化、囊芯可迅速吸水并堵塞管道的功能,能够满足针对舰艇反物质非致命新概念武器的工作要求。 The microcapsules using super absorbent polymer as the core and the olefin as the wall material are made by the methods of melting-dispersion-condensation. Based on this, in the paper the apparent pattern, size distribution,density and the hygroscopic property and so on are studied. Testing results show that the microcapsules can suspend in the water,the wall material can melt as soon as dipping into the hot water and the core material can absorb water rapidly to plug the pipe, which can satisfy the work requirements of anti-material and non-lethal new-concept weapons for the naval vessels.
