摘要
研究了一种新型高氮奥氏体不锈钢在室温条件下的高周疲劳性能。对疲劳性能曲线进行了拟合分析及回归方程方差分析。结果表明,中值寿命的疲劳性能曲线能用指数函数e^(0.01842S)N=10^(9.4141)表示。用SEM进行了断口观察,分析结果显示:在低载荷的情况下,断口上准解理断裂的特征很明显;随着载荷的增大,准解理断裂的特征逐渐消失,取而代之的是无特征平面和疲劳条纹。
High cycle fatigue property of a high-nitrogen austenitic stainless steel is studied at room tempera ture. The linear correlation and variance of regression equation of fatigue curve are analyzed. The results indicate that the fatigue curve can be expressed by exponential function e^0.01842SN=10^9.4151. SEM is used to study the fractutral characterizations. The results indicate that feature of quasi-cleavage fracture is very obvious when the loading is low. As the loading grows, the feature of quasi-cleavage fracture can not be found easily, but undistinguishable planes and fatigue markings are very obvious.
