摘要 镍钴锰三元材料作为锂二次电池正极材料是目前国内外研究热点。综述了三元材料近几年国内外的研究状况,重点介绍了LiNi_(1/3)Co_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2的晶体结构和作为锂离子电池正极材料的电化学反应特征及热稳定性,总结了制备技术对其性能的影响,以及不同掺杂元素(Mg、Al、Ti、Cr、F等)对其的改性作用,并展望了正极材料LiNi_(1/3)CO_(1/3)Mn_(1/3)O_2的发展。 Layered mixed cobalt/nickel/manganese oxides as positive electrode materials for Li-ion batteries are of great interest due to their desirable properties. The development of layered lithium mixed cobalt/nickel/manganese oxides cathode materials for rechargeable lithium batteries is reviewed. The inter-relationship between the structure and the electrochemical properties and thermal stability of LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 is introduced in detail. The effects of preparation methods on the performance of this material are reviewed. The improvement of the material induced by different elements doped such as Mg, AI, Ti, Cr, F is mentioned. The development of cathode material LiNi1/3Co1/3Mn1/3O2 for lithium-ion batteries is prospected.
