摘要
以无水硫化钠、对-二氯苯、间-二氯苯为原料,无水磷酸三钠为助剂,六甲基磷酰三胺为溶剂在200~236℃范围内反应6h合成得到了间/对-苯撑硫醚共聚物(m-p-PPS)树脂。经红外光谱、广角X射线衍射(WAXS)、热重差热分析(TG/DTA)等方法分析表明:该树脂结构呈线型、部分结晶,在N_2气氛中热稳定性较差。着重讨论了原料的比例、反应温度等条件对产品得率的影响,初步讨论了产品的结晶性能和热稳定性能。
Poly(m-p-Phenylene Sulfide)(m-p-PPS) is synthesized by using sodium sulfide, p-dichlorobenzene and m-dichlorobenzene as starting materials and Na3 PO4 as aid at 200-236℃ for 6h in hexamethyl phosphoric triamide solvent. This resin is characterized by Fourier transform infrared spectrometer(FT-IR), wide-angle X-ray diffraction (WAXS),and thermcrgravimetric/differential thermal analysis(TG/DTA). The results demonstrate that this resin is linear, partially crystalline,and its thermal stability is not good in nitroger. In this paper the effects of different addition ratios and the reaction temperature on the yield are discussed emphatically. And the crystallinity and thermal stability of m-p-PPS are discussed briefly.
