摘要
先以硅烷偶联剂γ-缩水甘油醚氧丙基三甲氧基硅烷(KH560)对铝粉粒子进行预处理,使其接枝在粒子表面,然后通过溶胶-凝胶(Sol-gel)沉淀法,以较为廉价的硅酸盐为原料,在水相体系中对铝粉表面进行包覆SiO_2处理。探讨了硅烷偶联剂添加量、硅酸盐浓度以及陈化时间对包覆后产物析氢量的影响。并运用SEM、IR和XRD等方法对包覆样品进行了分析和表征。结果表明,选择合适的工艺条件,可以制备出在60℃碱性缓冲溶液A中12h内发气量小于1mL的铝粉颜料。
Pigment aluminum powders are prepared via the sol-gel method with the raw materials of Na2 SiO3 and aluminum powders which are pretreated by the silane coupling agent(KH560). The effects of quantity of coupling agent,concentration of silicate and aging time on the hydrogen evolution are evaluated. Moreover, the size, chemical structure, surface characteristics and crystal structure of the samples are analyzed and charaterized by SEM,FT-IR,and XRD techniques. The hydrogen volume evolved within 12h in an alkaline buffer solution of sample prepared at the optimum condition is lower than lmL. It is also found that the encapsulated aluminum pigments with round shape can completely disperse in aqueous media.
