机场混凝土道面封缝材料固化特性试验研究

摘要 为了提高机场混凝土道面封缝材料的固化质量和使用寿命,通过观测13种密封胶在固化期间的弹性恢复率,来分析3大品种密封胶的固化特性。所观测的密封胶包括单(双)组分的聚硫、聚氨酯以及单组分的硅酮,这些材料皆常用于机场混凝土道面接缝的密封,试验观测时间超过5个月。结果表明,硅酮和双组分密封胶的固化速率较快,可以承受较大的早期接缝位移,对于机场混凝土道面接缝的密封应优先选用,研究结果也可供公路、建筑等工程参考。 In order to improve the curing quality and service life of joint sealant in airport concrete pavement, the elastic recovery of 13 kinds of sealants in curing period are measured for curing characteristics evaluation. Sealants examined include one- and two-part polysulphide,one- and two-part polyurethane, and one-part silicone commonly used for joint sealing in airport concrete pavement. Specimens are tested over a period of 5 months. The test result indicates the curing rate of certain sealants such as silicones and two-part sealants for joints are faster,and these sealants are recommended when high movement stresses during curing in airport concrete pavement joints. The result can also give technological references for road and building engineering.
