摘要
介绍了高铬高钴耐热钢成分设计的理论,研究了耐热钢的微观组织、热处理工艺和力学性能;根据裂纹产生的机制,通过实验的方法建立了恰当的热处理工艺,有效地防止了淬火裂纹的产生。研究表明,通过科学的成分设计和热处理的高铬高钴耐热钢具有良好的综合力学性能。
First, the theory of the chemical composition design for high chromium and cobalt refractory steel is introduced. Then, the microstructure, heat treatment and mechanical properties are investigated. The suitable heat treatment process is established through experiment according to the crack mechanism, which avoids cracks effectively during quenching. The results indicate that the high chromium and cobalt refractory steel with scientific composition design and proper heat treatment has good mechanical properties.
