摘要
论述了我国煤炭热能利用现状;阐述了煤炭气化过程中元素物料的化学反应原理和热能增值利用的基本原理;从物尽其用的观点出发,介绍了煤炭清洁转化同水电解氢制取甲醇的工艺路线;通过对比壳牌粉煤气化和德士古水煤浆气化工艺的气化数据,提出了利用我国已引进的壳牌气化炉的多项煤炭综合利用途径:①煤炭同水电解氢制甲醇采用粉煤纯氧气化,甲醇弛放气联产合成氨和尿素;②甲醇油催化用作汽车燃料;③煤制甲醇脱水制取烯烃;④创新型120万t/a甲醇联产合成氨和尿素工艺流程。
Author has discussed the present situation concerning the heat energy utilization of coal in China; has described the chemical reaction principle of the elementary materials in the gasification process of coal and the basic principle for value addition utilization of heat energy ; from the point of view making the best use of everything, has introduced the process lines concerning the coal clean reformation and the methanol making from hydrogen obtained by electrolysis of water; through comparing the gasification data of the Shell pulverized coal gasification process with the Texaco water coal slurry gasification process, has presented the following multi-items of comprehensive utilization paths of coal utilizing the imported Shell gasifier technalogy:①Using pure oxygen gasification of pulverized coal to make the methanol by coal and electrolysis of water, and to reach the combinative production of synthetic ammonia and urea from releasing gas of methanol; ②Methanol oil used as the fuel of automobile;③Making alefin from dewatered methanol produced by coal;④Newly created process flow of methanol with a capacity of 1.2 million t/a in combination of synthetic ammonia production with urea.
