浅谈煮蜡对甲醇合成的影响 被引量:1

摘要 针对甲醇合成生产中出现的合成塔入口温度降低、触媒活性减弱、放空量增大的问题,分析了煮蜡对甲醇合成的影响;通过采取减少水冷器循环水流量的技术措施,将水冷器出口气体温度由30℃提高到45~50℃,合成塔入塔气体温度由193~194℃提高到196~197℃,合成塔A塔和B塔触媒层上点的热点温度随之上升至216℃和225℃,甲醇合成反应和系统放空量恢复到正常工况。 In allusion to the existing problems that the inlet temperature of converter was reduced, the activity of the catalyst was weakened and the venting quantity was increased in the production of methanol synthesis, author has analyzed the influence of the wax cooking on the methanol synthesis; through taking the technical measures to reduce the circular water quantity in the water cooler, to make the outlet gas temperature in the water cooler to be increased from 30 ℃ to 45 -50 ℃ and to make the inlet gas temperature of converter to be increased from 193 - 194 ℃ to 196 - 197 ℃, the hot point temperature at the top of catalyst bed in converters A and B can then be separately increased to 216 ℃ and 225 ℃, in such case both the synthetic reaction of methanol and the venting quantity in system can be restored to a normal condition.
