摘要
简述了以载体上的活性组分吸附SO2的脱硫原理;介绍了脱硫剂载体的优选原则、CT17-1脱硫剂的物化性能和操作使用条件;分别从空速、温度、CO2含量、SO2含量、水含量等方面分析了其对CT17-1脱硫剂性能的影响;论述了CT17-1脱硫剂侧线试验和工业应用的成果。研制结果表明,CT17-1脱硫剂可有效脱除烟道气、硫化态催化剂再生气等气体中的SO2;SO2脱除剂在使用后属无毒无污染固体废弃物,可直接采取填理方式进行处理。
Author has briefly described the de-sulfur principle for SO2 adsorption by the active components on the carrier; has introduced the optimal selection rule for the de-sulfur agent carrier, the physical and chemical properties of the CT17 - 1 de-sulfur agent and its operating application requirements has separately analyzed the influence of them on the properties of CT17 - 1 de - sulfur agent from aspects of empty velocity, temperature, CO2 content, SO2 content, water content etc.; has also discussed the sideline test of the CTI7 - 1 De-sulfur agent and its industrial application achievement.
The research result indicates that the CT17-1 de - sulfur agent can effectively remove the SO2 contained in the gases of the flue gas and the regenerated gas etc. of the vulcanized state catalyst; the SO2 removal agent after using belongs to poison free and non-polluted solid waste, it can be treated by directly adopting the filling-embedding type.
