酮康唑并联苯苄唑凝胶治疗糠秕孢子菌性毛囊炎疗效观察

Observation on the topical Therapy by Ketoconazole and Bifonazole Gel for pityrosporum folliculitis

目的探讨治疗糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎的有效方法。方法对确诊的糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎70例患者,予以口服酮康唑200mg,1次/d,同时外用联苯苄唑,1次/d,连用4周。疗程结束后作临床及真菌学疗效判定。结果临床治愈率72.9%,有效率94.3%,真菌清除率95.7%;治疗结束后3月,51例治愈者随访,复发率为5.9%。结论酮康唑并联苯苄唑治疗糠秕孢子菌毛囊炎安全、效好、价廉;其复发可能受到某种易患因素的影响。

Ohjective To discuss the clinical observation of the treatment of Pityrosporum folliculitis Method For the 70 definitely pityrosporum folliculitis patients, the Ketoconazole was taken 200mg,once a day, and Bifonazole C, el externally once a day for 4 weeks. Clinical and mycology curative assessment was taken after therapy. Results Clinical curative rate 72.9% , effective rate 94.3, fungus clearance rate 95.7% ; 3 months after treatment,51 patients follow - up visit, recurring rate 5.9% Conclusion the treatment by Ketoconazole and Bifonazole Gel for pityrosporum folliculitis is safe,effective and cheap. Its recurring may be aft）cted by some predisposing factors.
