It is also a bearer to operate business in public of the central bank. The above markets are in a conglutination state. They impel and adjust each other, influence market economy environment and operation. If a regional gold trade center can be established with northeast feature in existing market economy condition, it is not only good to solve the deep level problems of economic structure in Jilin province, but also to show the action of gold on stablizing economy and money, evading exchange risk during particularity time.
