摘要
从盘区布置、隔离矿柱宽度和回采方法、采准系统、采场结构参数、盘区与采场回采顺序等方面入手,采用大型的无轨穿孔设备和出矿设备,同时创新和运用先进的采准切割等工艺技术与之配合,运用最优化理论,进行回采顺序优化和排产优化,使采切工程、凿岩爆破工程、出矿工程和充填工程保持连续性,实现同时作业采场数少、设备利用率高、产量稳定等良性生产循环。通过研究和3个采场的工业试验,形成了深井缓倾斜厚大矿体的大盘区、大采场、大产能的采矿工艺技术。
In a deep shaft complicated difficult mining copper deposit, researches on mining method and optimization of mining preparation system were carried out. The panel disposal, ore pillar width, stoping method, mining preparation system, stope structure parrameter, stoping sequence were analyzed. Large railless drilling and ore - drawing equipments were used. Advanced stoping techniques were put into practice. Stoping sequence and production planning were optimized. As a result, stoping, drilling, blasting, drawing and backfilling works keep continuty. And then, a good productive cycle with a smaller number of stopes operating at the same time, high equipment capacity factor, stable production can form. With industrial tests in 3 stopes, a mining technique for large panel, large stope and high production capacity of deep shaft slightly inclined thick deposits formed.
