儿童口腔卫生习惯与乳牙龋的相关性研究

The correlative analysis for oral hygiene and dental caries of preschool children

目的分析儿童口腔卫生习惯等因素与乳牙龋的相互关系。方法整群抽取遵义市两所幼儿园进行患龋情况检查,并随机对其中200名儿童父母进行儿童口腔卫生习惯的问卷调查,将儿童口腔卫生习惯与乳牙患龋之间进行单因素和多因素的相关分析。结果乳牙龋的相关因素分析表明,儿童使用含氟牙膏、每日零食次数减少与乳牙龋发病呈负相关,而幼儿经常喝果汁类饮料是致龋的危险因素(P<0.05)。结论幼儿患龋受多因素影响,以饮食方面影响为主。

Objective To evaluate the relationship between dental caries and oral hygiene of the preschool children. Methods Examine the dental caries condition of two kindergartens in Zunyi and take questionnaires at random to 200 children＇ s parents about children＇ s oral health and diet habits. Analyze the results by T-test, Chi-squre and Logistic regression to explore the related factors that cause dental caries of primary teeth. Results There were an inverse correlation between the morbidity of dental caries of primary tooth and the use of fluoride-contained toothpaste, and eating less snacks. Drinking more juice increased the risk of dental caries of primary tooth （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. Conclusion The dental caries in the preschool children can be caused by multiple reasons. The effect of diet habits is remarkable.
