改革开放以来江苏省区域差异测度分析——基于基尼系数与泰尔指数的比较研究

The analysis of regional inequality in Jiangsu Province in post-reform——Measure by Gini index and Theil Index

基于基尼系数与泰尔指数测度方法,对江苏省1978～2004年人均GDP、人均农业总产值、人均城乡居民储蓄存款和人均社会商品零售总额等4方面指标的区域差异进行测度分析得出,除人均农业生产总值外,其余3项指标的基尼系数与泰尔系数皆反映出江苏区域差异呈扩大态势;二者测度江苏省区域差异演变趋势相一致;江苏省区域差异主要表现为生活水平的区域差异,即江苏省生活水平的区域差异超出生产水平的区域差异。

The measure method of Gini index and Theil index is suggested to analyze the changes of regional inequality in Jiangsu Province in this article, which chooses four targets that includes per capita GDP, the total value of agricultural output per person, the saving deposit of inhabitant in the city and countryside per person, the total value of retail sales of social commodity from 1978 to 2004.In the paper, it is showed that regional inequality of four targets besides the total value of agricultural output per person in Jiangsu Province all increase unceasingly; regional inequality on these economic indicator total in the Jiangsu Province is changing unceasingly; regional inequality in Jiangsu Province appears mainly regional inequality on living standards, namely the regional differences in living standards is beyond the regional differences on the level of production in Jiangsu Province.
