长沙市县域经济发展的分析与思考

Analysis and reflection on the economic development at county level in Changsha

县是我国最基本的经济社会活动区域,全面建设小康社会的重点和难点在农村,关键在县域,"三农"问题的解决、社会主义新农村建设都离不开县域经济的发展。县域经济在经历了1980年代至1990年代中期的快速发展后,目前面临着新的困难和问题。如何解决这些问题,以开创县域经济发展的新局面,是一个摆在我们面前亟待解决的重要课题;以地处中部内陆的长沙市为例,对县域经济的发展做了一定的分析与探讨。

In China,county serves the most basic area for economic and social activities. The key link and difficulty in building a moderately prosperous society in all aspects lies in the rural area,counties in particular. During 1980s through middle 1990s,economy at county level witnessed sustained rapid development. Contemporarily,however, it is confronted with newly occurred difficulties and problems. How to solve these problems as to create a new situation for the county＇ s economic development is an impending and important subject for us to deal with. This article cites the example of Changsha city,a middle inland city,to present some analysis and explorations on the economic development at county level.
