调查了哈尔滨市8区10县(市)林木种苗基本现状、发展趋势及存在的问题,通过对林木种苗供求的形势的分析,提出实施种苗科学管理的措施与对策。
The article begins with the investigation of the fundamental situation of forestry seedlings of Harbin eight distracts and ten counties, developing trends and the problems, and deeply analyzes the situation of the forestry seedlings＇ supply and demand, then suggestionally carry out a scientific management methods and countermeasures for forestry seedlings.
