摘要
松仁为松属PinusL.多种植物成熟种子去皮后所得到的种仁的统称,具有软化血管、降低血脂、胆固醇、甘油三脂及防止衰老的功能,具有广阔的应用开发潜力;对红松松仁的营养成分、功能以及天然产物中的蛋白、多糖、油脂的研究进展进行了阐述。
Pine nut is the common name of ripe seed peeled of several plants of Pinus L Pine nut possessed the function of softening blood vessel, reducing blood-fat, cholesterin , the third glycerin-fat and preventing feeble and old, which had broad application development potential. This paper elaborated the research advance of nutrient content function and protein, polysaccharide and oil of natural products in Korean pine nut.
