原发性睾丸类癌合并畸胎瘤一例报告 被引量：2

摘要 患者，45岁。因左侧睾丸无痛性肿大20余年，左侧腹股沟区酸痛不适1个月于2007年7月23日入院。无发热、尿频、尿痛及肉眼血尿。当地医院予以抗感染治疗后症状无缓解，睾丸肿大无消退。查体：阴囊左侧较右侧明显增大且下坠，左侧睾丸大小约4．5cm×4．0cm×3．5cm，质硬、表面光滑，有轻触痛，
