摘要
利用化学气相沉积法,Pd/HZSM-5为催化剂,甲烷为原料制备出了分叉状的Y型碳纳米管及竹节状碳纳米管。HZSM-5客观的三维孔道结构为Y型碳纳米管的生长创造了条件。竹节状碳纳米管的生长符合了底部生长机理。
Y-branching nanotube and bamboo-like nanotube were prepared through chemical vapor deposition method with methane as feed gas and Pd/HZSM-5 as catalyst. Three dementional channel structure of HZSM-5 was favor of the growth of Y- branching nanotube. The growth of bamboo-like nanotube was in line with base-growth mechanism.
