摘要
结合三钢生产65钢盘条冷却工艺控制的实践,对索氏体率、氧化铁皮组成、通条力学性能等指标对下道工序拉拨性能的影响进行分析,建议对 GB/T4354标准指标进行修订,以促进提高产品的实物质量。
combing with the cooling process control practice of steel grade 65 of sansteel , the effect of sorbitic ratio, oxide scale formation and mechanical proportions on drawing property of the product is analyzed ,Then the modification suggestions of GB/T4354 standard are put forward for improving the product actual quality.
