亚麻籽对肉鸡生产性能及肌肉中ω-3 PUFA富集的影响(英文) 被引量:8

摘要 本研究采用二次正交旋转组合试验设计,研究日粮中添加亚麻籽和VE对肉鸡生产性能及总ω-3 PUFA沉积的影响。随机选取1 020只2周龄的AA肉鸡,分成16个试验组和1个对照组。对照组饲喂基础日粮,试验组添加不同水平的亚麻籽和VE。结果表明:试验5组(3 %亚麻籽)肉鸡平均日增重比对照组低3 .38 %(P<0.05) ,胸肉和腿肉中沉积的总ω-3 PUFA分别比对照组提高77 .91 %和94 .11 %(P<0 .01) ;建立总ω-3 PUFA沉积量和平均日增重的综合函数为:L( Y) =43 .65 +1 .55X1+1 .51X12+1 .69X22。以上结果提示,亚麻籽和VE的添加量分别为16 .39、0 .07 g/kg时,肌肉中总ω-3 PUFA沉积较多,同时肉鸡的平均日增重较高。 With the quadratic regression orthogonal design, the effect of linseeds and VE levels on the broiler performance and the total ω-3 polyunsaturated fatty acid (ω-3 PUFA) deposition were studied. In the trial, 1 020 AA broilers aged 2 weeks were selected and randomly divided into 16 treatment groups and 1 control group. Broilcrs in control group wcre fed with corn-bean basal diet, while ones in treatment groups were fed with diffcrent levels of linsecd and VE. The results showed that, the average daily gain of broilers in group 5 (containing 3% linseed) was 3.38% lower than that in the control group (P〈0.05). The depositions of total ω-3 PUFA in brcast and leg muscle in group 5 wcre 77.91% and 94.11% higher than those in control group rcspectively (P〈0.01). A regrcssion relationship between the total ω-3 PUFA concentration (g/kg) and the average daily gain (g/d) was constructed: L (Y) - 43.65 + 1.55X1 + 1.51 X12 + 1.69X22. The concentration of total ω-3 PUFA was much higher than that of control and thc average daily gain of AA broiler was higher as well, chosen the optimal doses of linseed and VE (16.39 g/kg and 0.07 g/kg respectively) in the experiment.
