摘要
为了克服钢管热处理用回火炉传统的燃烧控制方式受测量和调节环节的影响而造成的控温精度偏差较大,炉内温度场分布不均匀等不足,采用时序脉冲燃烧控制技术来控制回火炉的炉膛温度。重点介绍了时序脉冲燃烧控制系统的组成、工作原理及动态性能。由于该系统具有控制温度波动小、节约燃料等优点,因此具有广泛推广的价值。
The sequential pulse combustion control technique is used to eliminate the shortcomings of the conventional combustion control process for the tempering furnace for steel pipe heat treatment such as big accuracy deviation of the controlled temperature and uneven distribution of temperature field in the hearth which are caused by certain temperature measurement and adjustment operations of the furnace. Detailed in the paper are the main aspects of the sequential pulse combustion control system, including the configuration, operating principle and dynamic performance, etc. Thanks to its advantages such as slight fluctuation of the controlled temperature and less fuel consumption, the said system is worthy spreading.
