摘要 采用不铣边或不刨边的原料板卷生产螺旋缝埋弧焊管的生产线,其圆盘剪剪刃布置的正确与否对钢管质量有非常重要的影响。介绍了悬臂梁式圆盘剪剪刃的布置及其受力情况,重点分析了剪刃的布置及调整对钢管质量的影响。分析认为,正确布置和调整悬臂梁式圆盘剪剪刃,不仅能得到好的钢板边部形状,从而提高钢管的质量,而且能大大延长剪刃的使用寿命,增加企业的经济效益。 For the operation line of spiral SAW pipe with strip coil without edge planed or milled, tube quality considerably depends on whether its circular shear blade is properly arranged or not. Described here in the article are the cantilever type circular shear blade and its loading conditions, focusing on how the arrangement and adjustment of the shear blade itself influence the tube quality. It is concluded that proper arrangement and adjustment of the cantilever type circular shear blade can not only produce good strip edge profile to improve tube quality, but also tremendously extend the service span of the shear blade so as to bring about more economic benefit to the producer.
