This paper deals with a new-type full-digital electro-hydraulic speed governor and makes a study of the structure scheme of electro-hydraulic proportion servo system,a product of up-to-date electro-hydraulic proportion technique and computer technology combine and its de sign of step-by-step motor control circuit and programme.Compared with the traditional ones,this type of electro-hydraulic speed governor possesses such characteristics as highly accurate posi tioning,strong anti-pollution capability,high reliability,etc,and hence a new-type speed gover nor holding a vast prospect for development in the future.
