摘要
本研究采用多因子正交试验设计,探讨合理的氮、磷、钾施用量,在地膜覆盖和施2250kg/hm2生物有机肥作基肥的条件下,以处理5(尿素450kg/hm2,普钙1500kg/hm2,氯化钾525kg/hm2)水平组合栽培粤糖00-236经济效益最佳,其次为处理8(尿素600kg/hm2,普钙1500kg/hm2,氯化钾225kg/hm2)和处理9(尿素600kg/hm2,普钙2250kg/hm2,氯化钾375kg/hm2)水平组合栽培粤糖00-236经济效益较高,达到增产、增糖、增收效果。增施(300kg/hm2增至600kg/hm2)氮肥有显著增加蔗茎产量和极显著增加含糖量;增施(750kg/hm2增至2250kg/hm2)磷肥有显著和极显著增加蔗茎产量,但对蔗糖分略有降低的趋势;增施(225kg/hm2增至375kg/hm2)钾肥对蔗茎产量、甘蔗糖分、含糖量均无明显的影响。粤糖00-236比ROC16平均增产蔗16.7%和12.4%,增产糖31.5%和28.6%。
Studies on effect on sugarcane variety YT00-236 in rational application amount of nitrogen, phosphorus, potassium by orthogonal test. The growth of YT00-236 was studied under the condition of level of 2250 kg/hm^2 bio-organic fertilizers as basal manure and film mulch. The results showed that the treatment 5 (urea 450 kg/hm^2, superphosphate 1500 kg/bm^2, potassium chloride 525 kg/hm^2) can realize the optimum economical benefit, both treatment 8 (urea 600 kg/hm^2, superphosphate 1500 kg/hm^2, potassium chloride 225 kg/hm^2) and treatment 9 (urea 600 kg/hm^2, superphosphate 2250 kg/hm^2, potassium chloride 375 kg/hm^2)can realize better economical benefit, reached the effect of increasing yield, sugar and income. Cane stalk yield and sugar content can increase significantly with proper increment of nitrogen supply from 300 kg/hm^2 to 600 kg/hm^2. Increasing phosphate fertilizer application rate (from 750 kg/hm^2 to 2250 kg/hm^2) can significantly increase cane stalk yield but reduce sugar accumulation slightly. Increasing potassium fertilizer application rate (from 225 kg/hm^2 to 375 kg/hm^2) has no influence on cane stalk yield and sugar content.
