摘要
从汉语的国际推广的角度探讨语言规划的原则,说明在对外汉语的视角下,语言规划和语言推广政策的制定要考虑到对立统一原则,才能更好地促进汉语的国际传播和语言的和谐发展。
Based on the view of Teaching Chinese as a Foreign language , the essay emphasizes the principle of unity of opposites in the language planning as a basic one in Chinese worldwide spreading, which promotes the languages harmony.
