摘要
目的观察玻璃体腔注入混合气体治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的疗效。方法采用玻璃体腔注入混合气体(C3F8与消毒空气1∶1)治疗高度近视黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离患者32例32眼,观察术后视网膜复位、术后视力及并发症发生情况。结果28眼黄斑孔闭合网膜复位,治愈率(87.5%);在治愈的28眼中,术后视力(0.19±0.15),P<0.01,与术前相比差异有统计学意义(t=6.916)。结论玻璃体腔注入混合气体具有安全、有效、操作简单等特点,是一种治疗黄斑裂孔性视网膜脱离的有效方法。
Objective observe the effect of intravitreal injection of mix - gas in treatment of retinal detachment due to macular hole. Methods Thirty - two eyes of 32 patients with retinal detachment due to macular hole were underwent intravitreal injection of mix - gas ( C3 F8 : air 1 : 1 ). Retinal reattachment and postoperative visual acuity and complications were observed. Results The percent- age of retinal reattachment was 87.5% (28 eyes) ,macular hole closed,The visual acuity after operation was increased prominently ( t = 6.916, P 〈0. 01 ) , there was significant differences. Conclusion The use of mix- gas intravitreal injection is a safe and effective method in treating retinal detachmerit due to macular hole.
