逆行食指固有动脉岛状皮瓣修复同指末节皮肤缺损

Retrograde Motion Forefinger Artery Island Skin Flap for Repairing the Same Finger's End Knuckle Skin Defect

目的探讨食指末节皮肤缺损后,应用逆行食指固有动脉岛状皮瓣修复之手术效果。方法1999年3月～2007年12月间,共收治7例食指末节皮肤缺损患者。男5例,女2例。年龄26岁～56岁。彻底清创后,均一期行逆行食指固有动脉岛状皮瓣修复之。皮肤缺损为1.5mm×1.0mm～2.0mm×1.2mm大小。皮瓣设计于食指近节尺、桡侧,切取范围等于或大于食指末节皮肤缺损面积。供区以同侧上臂或腹部全厚皮片修复。结果术后7例患者7个食指逆行指固有动脉岛状皮瓣全部成活,无1例意外。随访5例,时间2月～8个月。皮瓣血液循环好,外观佳,手指活动正常。结论应用逆行食指指固有动脉岛状皮瓣修复同指末节皮肤缺损,方法简单、可靠,疗效满意。

Objective To discuss the operation＇s effect of retrograde motion forefinger inherence artery island skin flap for repair of the skin defect of forefinger＇s end knuckle. Methods Between March, 1999 - December, 2007, totally 7 patients with skin defect of forefinger＇s end knuckle . Male 5, female 2. The age is 26 - 56 years old. The wound surface after cleaning, all of them goes the retrograde motion forefinger inherence artery island skin flap for repair in the same time. The skin defect is 1.5 mm × 1.0mm - 2.0mm × 1.2mm. The skin flap designs at the index finger near knuckle and scratch side, the cutting takes scope to equal or big at the defect area of the index finger end knuckle skin. The donor site, donor area is repair with the same - side arm or abdominal part full - thickness skin graft. Results All 7 patients 7 index finger retrograde motion finger inherence artery island skin flap all survive,none accident. Follow- up 5 cases,2 months- 8months. The skin flap＇s blood circulation is good, the appearance is good and the fingers activity is normal. Conclusion The method is simple, dependable, curative effect satisfied.
