摘要OEC(Overall Every Control and Clear)即"日事日毕,日清日高",也就是每天的工作每天完成,每天工作要清理并要每天有所提高。OEC管理法由三个体系构成:目标体系→日清体系→激励机制。首先确立目标;日清是完成目标的基础工作;日清的结果必须与正负激励挂钩才有效。OEC在海尔企业文化中发挥关键的作用。
