限制性液体复苏治疗严重多发伤失血性休克临床分析 被引量：15

摘要 近年来，随着对创伤失血性休克病理生理过程的更深入认识，在活动性出血休克的早期给予限制性液体的复苏，可使机体代偿机制和液体复苏作用得到更充分的发挥，进一步提高抢救成功率。现回顾性分析宁波市第六院急诊科2004年8月～2007年8月收治150例严重多发伤失血性休克患者的临床资料，报告如下。
