On the Construction of Harmonious College Campus

构建和谐校园是构建和谐社会对高校的要求，是建设高水平大学的必然选择，对高校的发展具有重要意义。其构建实践须根据科学发展观的要求，正确处理三个方面的关系，通过加强学校领导班子建设、坚持依法治校与以德治校相结合、坚持科学管理与民主管理以及加强校园软环境和硬件建设来实现。

The construction of harmonious college campus, which is the requirement of the construction of harmonious society and the inevitable choice to quality universities, is of importance to the development of higher schools themselves. The practice in this construction must be based on the requirements of the Concept of Scientific Development. It will be realized in three aspects--by perfecting the organization of leaders, to adhere to administering school through the combination of laws and morals, to stick to the scientific and democratic management and to enhance the construction of software and hardware on campus.
