文章围绕巫山县尤其是巫山高级中学学生的心理健康状况展开了论述，指出了目前学生心理健康问题存在的严峻形势；分析了学生心理问题形成的原因；重点论述了巫山高级中学心理健康教育工作的措施与对策；最后简单介绍了开展心理健康教育工作取得的成效和后期工作的打算。
On the basis of the serious situation of psychological health of high school students in Wushan County, the author analyzes the causes of students＇ psychological problems, mainly introduces the measures taken by Wushan Senior High School, achievements they have taken and their plan in the future.
