摘要
随着当今世界教师专业化发展,教师的角色不仅仅定位于“教书匠”,应该适应时代的要求,以“研究者”的角色出现在教育实践当中,“研究型教师”已成为教师专业成长的一个重要方向。基于此,文章针对教师为什么要成为研究者,成为怎样的研究者以及如何成为研究者和成为研究者应该具备的素质等问题进行了梳理与探讨,以期对现代中小学教师的教学研究有所启示。
With the development of contemporary teacher's specialization, teachers should not only be satisfied with a teaching craftsman, but also should be researcher-oriented in the education practice. Based on these, this paper aims to clear and talk about why, what kind of, how the teacher should be a researcher, and the qualities they should possess, hoping it revelatory for the primary and middle school teachers.
