This article gives an exposition of importance of observing ability training in chemistry experiment teaching in middle schools. It points out the mistakes easily made by middle school students in the course of observing chemistry experiment. It finally gives some advice on how to improve the observing ability of middle school students in chemistry experiment teaching.
