Educational Market Segregation and Educational Equality in the Perspective of Higher Education

平等是对个体权利和义务关系的一种判定。根据实现的条件不同，平等可以分为同质平等和差异平等两类。现实中存在的教育市场分割对既有的教育平等造成了很大影响。我们应在坚持学习能力面前人人平等，实现同质性教育平等的同时，以适当的方式促进差异性教育平等的实现。

Equality is a kind of judgment on the individual rights and duties. And it can be divided into homogenous equality and heterogenous equality according to the different conditions to realize it. The educational market segregation which exists in reality has made a notable impact on educational equality. We should insist that everyone is equal to learning ability to achieve the identical equality, at the same time to bring about the heterogenous equality in suitable way.
