摘要
结合溪洛渡水电站“高水头、大泄量、窄河谷”的泄洪特点,拟定出了泄洪消能的“多种设施、分散泄洪、分区消能”布置原则,采用8表孔、7深孔及4条泄洪洞的泄洪设施共同承担泄洪。并提出了“泄小洪水时,增加运行灵活性;泄中洪水时,充分利用水库调洪削峰;泄大洪水时,有足够的超泄能力,提高安全度”的泄量分配原则。
In combination with the flood releasing features of high water head,large discharge and narrow river valley,the layout principles of “many energy dissipation devices,scattered flood releasing,energy dissipation in different areas” have been determined so that the flood releasing is commonly done by 8 surface holes,7 deep holes and 4 flood releasing tunnels.And the flood releasing distribution principles have been drawn out,that is,for releasing small flood,the operation flexibility should be increased;for releasing middle flood,the reservoir should be adopted for regulating flood and cutting the flood peak and for large flood,it should have enough flood releasing capacity in order to enhance the safety.
