Environmental hormone affecting the security of aquatic products

文章从环境激素的来源和种类两方面,初步分析了可能影响水产品质量安全的重要因素。对环境激素已经和可能产生的危害加以举例分析,说明提高水产品质量安全意识的重要性。阐述了我国水产品激素的现状,并就提高人们的水产品安全意识和对环境激素实施标准化监控方面对于有关部门的工作提出了一些建议。

This paper primarily analyzed some important factors that may affect the security of aquatic product from the aspects of the resources and varieties of environmental hormones. The hazard and potential hazard that environmental hormones had brought were analyzed. The present status in China of environmental hormones was summarized. Some advices of enhancing security consciousness and inspecting ＆ supervising the use of environmental hormones were put forward.
