摘要
目前小型柴油发电机所使用的机械调速器不仅灵敏度和调节精度较差,而且功能单一,不能实现复杂的控制功能。设计了采用DSP数字信号处理器的电子调速系统,实现了对柴油发电机从怠速到额定转速的全程调速控制。实验结果表明,该系统提高了调速精度,缩短了负载波动时柴油发电机转速稳定时间,降低了轻载和空载时柴油发电机的噪声和油耗。
Nowadays, the mechanical governor used on small diesel generators has poor sensitiveness and accuracy, and it can not realize complicated adjustment and control function. Aimed to solve this problem, a digital governor controlled by DSP, which can control the rotate speed of diesel generator automatically, was designed. The result of experiment shows that this system can increase the accuracy, reduce noise and save fuel oil.
