摘要
介绍了磁悬浮轴承(AMB)智能化的构思,即IMB设计思想。探讨了IMB中"在线设计"的方法及所需的相关信息、存储方式、软件与硬件的实现方法以及为实现系统控制器与IMB之间的智能数据传输可能采用的智能接口方案。提出了一种可能的方法:在AMB中预先安装一个智能化部件,将有关特征(固有)信息存储于其内部;采用计算机中的USB智能接口技术,利用Cypress公司的符合DRD标准的USB Host/Slave接口控制器SL811HS来实现存储器与IMB的主控制器件TMS320LF2407之间的信息传输。
A conceptive kind of intelligent AMB (active magnetic bearing) was introduced, this is the idea of IMB (intelligent magnetic bearing). And something about IMB were discussed such as the method of online design with the information, storage style, software and hardware as well as realization, and for the data transmission in IMB between the storage device and the main controller where maybe concerned some I/O. Otherwise, a possible job for the idea was described here, a intelligent unit set up into AMB and some special information be stored in advance, adopt USB I/O technique in computer and USB Host/Slave I/O controller IC SL811HS made by Cypress Company and accorded with DRD standard, to realize the information transfer between the storage unit and system controller (TMS320LF2407).
