思想道德修养与法律基础课对教育和引导大学生提高思想道德素质和法律素质具有重要作用。从对社会主义核心价值体系内容的理解入手,结合平日的教学实践,对教学模式和考核方式进行改进和完善,探讨了在新形势下提高"思想道德修养与法律基础"的实效性的方法。

The course of “Moral Culture and Fundamentals of Law” plays an important role in the process of educating college students. This paper discussed the meaning of socialist core values firstly. Then the it studied the methods of improving the effects of the course based on the teaching practices and it also studied how to reform the teaching model and examining pattern under the new conditions.
