摘要
随着独生子女的父母逐渐进入老年期,社会对护工的需求不断增加。但由于对护工缺乏组织与系统管理,在护工与护工公司的关系、护工与病人的关系、护工与医院的关系模糊不清的前提下,护工的劳动权益得不到有效的保障。在对医院护工的个人特征、就业和生活状况进行了问卷调查和个别访谈的基础上,探讨他们权益缺失的现状并提出相应的对策。
With the fact that parents with only one child has been striding forward an old age gradually, our society needs more and more the protecting workers. It is possible that the problems mentioned will happen in each hospital in the future . For lack of systematic administration , those workers are drifting from place to place . when the relation between the protecting workers and the company, the patients and the hospitals is not clearly defined , their rights and interests are not guaranteed effectively. With the questionnaire investigation and individual interview on the workers' individual characteristic, their employment situation and their current living , the paper analyzed the deficit situation of their rights and interests protection and brought forward some countermeasures .
