摘要
论述遥感、地理信息系统和全球定位系统的技术特点和发展趋势。探讨３Ｓ的两种主要集成方式：以地理信息系统为中心的集成系统和以遥感为中心的集成系统。根据当前３Ｓ集成的技术水平，阐述３Ｓ的三种集成模型及特点。并简要介绍３Ｓ在水利工程中的应用情况。
The paper discusses the technical characteristics and development tendency of RS,GIS and GPS,presents the 3S integration pattern,explains the 3S integration model on the basis of its present technical level,and intruduces the application of the 3S integration system to water conservancy.
