摘要
在国家“八五”科技攻关成果(85160103)的基础上简要介绍防洪决策支持系统的研究现状和发展趋势、系统结构和主要功能,以及系统开发中需要的相关技术。以长江上游“81.7”洪水的发展过程为脉络,通过系统运行模拟示例,显示了防洪决策支持系统在信息查询、水情仿真、方案评价等方面的强大功能及其在防洪决策过程中的支持作用。
This paper briefly introduces the research status,trends,logic structures and main functions of the flood control decision support system(FCDSS),as well as some relevant techniques used in developing FCDSS.Based on the analysis of the “81.7” flood on the upper Yangtze River,a simulated example for the Yangtze River FCDSS is given to illustrate its powerful capabilities in some respects including interactive flood information query,flood control system simulation,operating scheme evaluation and the decisionmaking support.
