Introduction Angiosarcomas are rare highly malignant neoplasm that make up less than 2% of all soft-tissue sarcomas. Only 40 renal cases have been described. Their origin is from endothelial cells. They are frequently hemorrhagic tumors, being able to simulate a retroperitoneal hematoma or cause massive hematuria. We present a case of primary renal angiosarcoma and emphasize its hemorrhagic behavior.
