中国高水平财经院校及商学院具有重视"软"管理能力培养、较强的科研针对性、与国际接轨的培养方案等特点,指出,普通财经类院校要实现高水平教育教学,不但要有准确定位,还要重视人文精神与道德教育、建设合理的课程体系与学科群、注重培养适应经济全球化的经济管理人才和建设高水平师资队伍。

Analyzing the characteristics such as the accurate localization, special teaching styles, pay attention to the ＂soft＂ management ability, the strong scientific research orientation and international training plans in Chinese high-level financial and economic colleges and business colleges, we made a conclusion that, to achieve high-level education and teaching, ordinary financial colleges should have accurate localizations, attach importance to humane spirit and moral education, build reasonable discipline groups, cultivate economic management talents adapting to economic globalization and build high-quality teacher groups .
