摘要
分析了我国民商法教学中存在的问题,指出,民商法教学目的应该是培养法律专业基础知识和技能的人才,尤其是培养民法的思维方式,在课堂教学中加强案例分析环节相关证据的识别练习,将模拟法庭和法律诊所作为实践课纳入教学计划,让具有司法实践经验的教师进行全面的指导。
Analyzing the existing problems in civil law teaching of our country, the essay points out that, the civil law teaching aims should be to cultivate the talents with law professional knowledge and skill, especially to cultivate the mode of thinking of civil law. The case teaching should train the students to identify the case factual judgment and proof, the imitations of court and the clinic education can be practice lesson in the teaching plan, the teachers who have judicial and practical experience will provide over-all guidance.
