摘要 主要对同一规格,不同手孔位置的瓦楞纸箱的抗压强度进行了研究。实验结果表明:同一高度位置,瓦楞纸箱抗压强度随手孔位置距宽度中心线的距离增加而下降,手孔越接近纸箱竖棱,强度降低越大;同一宽度位置,瓦楞纸箱抗压强度随手孔位置距高度中心线的距离增加而下降,手孔位置越接近箱顶端底端,强度降低越明显;手孔位置在箱宽度中线上方H/6以内时,对纸箱抗压强度影响最小。此结论为瓦楞纸箱生产企业提供必要的实验数据,指导纸箱成型工艺的改进。 An experiment was conducted to study the compressive strength of corrugated box with handing hole at different positions. The experimental results show that, at the same height, the compressive strength of the corrugated box declines with increasing distance the hole away from the location of the width centerline. The nearer the hole to the vertical prism of the box is, the lower the compressive strength is. At the same width position, the compressive strength of the corrugated box goes down with the increasing distance the hole away from the location of the height centerline. The nearer the hole to the bottom or the top of the box is, the lower the compressive strength is. Obviously, the handing hole above the width centerline within H/6 has the least influence on the compressive strength of the box. Tiffs conchlsion provides some essential empirical data for the corrugated box production enterprises and instructions for the improvement of the paper box formation craft.
